Terms and conditions
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Noos Puzzle Lab, run by Noos Network ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
You must give a real email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Plans and downloads
Each plan includes a number of downloads per month. One download is one PDF, whatever the number of puzzles inside it. Allowances reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over. Each plan also limits how many puzzles go into one PDF and how many you can make per week. Current limits are shown on the plans page and may change for new subscriptions. Free-plan PDFs carry a small watermark.
Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions taken through PayPal. They renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or in PayPal; you keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for. Because PDFs are digital content delivered immediately, payments for periods already started are not normally refunded, but this does not affect any rights you have under UK consumer law. If something is wrong with a file, contact us and we will put it right.
How you may use the puzzles
Puzzles you generate may be printed and used for personal, family, classroom, care-home and community activities, and you may share printed copies with the people you do these activities with. You may not resell, redistribute or upload our PDFs, or puzzles taken from them, as a product (for example in books for sale on Amazon KDP or similar) unless you hold a plan that expressly includes publishing rights. You may not remove watermarks or claim the puzzles as made by someone else.
Content you provide
Words and titles you enter must not be unlawful, hateful or abusive. We filter some words automatically and may refuse a request. You keep ownership of your own words; you give us permission to process them to build your file.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve, change or retire features, and will give reasonable notice if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or business losses, and our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you live elsewhere in the UK you may use your local courts.
